Affiliate Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in the Cornucopia Apothecary Affiliate Program, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to understand your rights, responsibilities, and the guidelines for participation in the program. These terms are designed to protect both affiliates and Cornucopia Apothecary from any misuse of the program.

1. Eligibility

To join the Cornucopia Apothecary Affiliate Program, you must:

– Be 18 years of age or older.

– Have a valid and active website, blog, or social media platform where you can promote our products.

– Align with Cornucopia Apothecary’s values of wellness, holistic living, and ethical promotion of natural products.

Cornucopia Apothecary reserves the right to reject any affiliate application or terminate participation in the program at our discretion.

2. Affiliate Commission

Affiliates earn 15% commission on sales made through their unique referral link or coupon code. The commission applies to the cart value excluding taxes, shipping, and other fees. Referral sales must be legitimate, customer-driven transactions. Self-purchases (purchasing products for personal use through your own link or coupon) are strictly prohibited.

3. Referral Links and Coupon Codes

Affiliates are provided with a unique referral link and coupon code to share with their audience. While customers can use either to complete a purchase, affiliates are encouraged to promote their referral link to ensure ongoing tracking and commission for repeat sales.

The coupon code is intended for one-time use only, giving the customer 10% off their first purchase. Sharing the coupon code on coupon websites or other platforms designed solely to distribute discounts is prohibited and may result in termination from the program.

4. Prohibited Practices

To maintain the integrity of our affiliate program, the following practices are not allowed:

– Self-referrals: Affiliates are not allowed to use their own referral link or coupon code for personal purchases. This will result in forfeiture of commission and potential removal from the program.

– Spamming: Affiliates must refrain from sending unsolicited messages, emails, or comments (spam) to promote their referral link or coupon code. Promotion must be ethical, non-intrusive, and in line with Cornucopia Apothecary’s brand values.

– Misleading Promotion: Affiliates may not misrepresent Cornucopia Apothecary’s products, exaggerate benefits, or make unverified claims in an attempt to drive sales. Any false advertising or deceptive promotion is grounds for termination.

– Coupon Abuse: Posting coupon codes on mass coupon-sharing websites or distributing them publicly without permission from Cornucopia Apothecary is prohibited.

5. Promotion Guidelines

Affiliates are encouraged to share their referral links and promote Cornucopia Apothecary products through:

– Blog posts, social media platforms, newsletters, and websites that align with our values.

– Honest, informative, and educational content related to natural wellness and holistic living.

– Genuine reviews and personal experiences with our products (if applicable).

Affiliates are required to disclose their affiliate relationship with Cornucopia Apothecary when promoting products, in compliance with relevant consumer protection laws (such as the ACCC guidelines in Australia).

6. Monitoring and Fraud Prevention

Cornucopia Apothecary reserves the right to monitor affiliate activity to prevent fraudulent use of the affiliate program. Affiliates found engaging in self-referral, spamming, or other prohibited practices will be terminated and forfeit any outstanding commission.

7. Payout and Payment Terms

• Payout Method: Commissions are paid manually through bank transfer. Affiliates must ensure that their bank details are correctly entered in their affiliate dashboard under account settings to receive payments.
• Payout Schedule: Payouts are processed manually two weeks after an order is completed, allowing time to manage any potential refunds. Orders must be marked as “completed” in the system before commissions are eligible for payout.
• Tracking Payouts: Affiliates can view their payout history and track upcoming payments directly from their affiliate dashboard.
• Payment Threshold: Payouts will only be processed once the affiliate has reached a minimum commission threshold of AUD $50.
• Compliance and Accuracy: Cornucopia Apothecary is not responsible for delays due to incorrect bank details. Affiliates are advised to keep their payment information up-to-date to avoid payment interruptions.

Cornucopia Apothecary reserves the right to withhold or revoke commission for any fraudulent or illegitimate sales, including but not limited to self-purchases or excessive use of coupon codes.

8. Termination

Cornucopia Apothecary may terminate an affiliate’s participation in the program at any time for breach of these terms or any behavior that is deemed unethical or damaging to the brand.

Affiliates may also choose to terminate their participation in the program at any time by providing written notice to Cornucopia Apothecary.

9. Modification of Terms

Cornucopia Apothecary reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program following such modifications will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia, and any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Australia.
